The journey

Six steps, no surprises.

Same workflow for paper scripts, eScripts, and repeats. The only thing different about S8 is the handover — pharmacist-to-driver, ID-checked, signed for.

  1. 01

    Create your account

    1 minute

Sign up in minutes. Verify your identity with a government-issued ID — required for Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medication under WA regulations.

  2. 02

    Add your scripts

    Paper or eScript

Upload photos of paper scripts or import eScripts via SMS or email token. We verify prescriber details where required.

  3. 03

    Request a fill

    One tap

Select a script and tap 'Request fill'. We route the request to a partner pharmacy, confirm stock, and send it back to you for pricing approval.

  4. 04

    Approve the price

    Stripe

The pharmacy enters the dispense price plus delivery. You pay via Stripe in-app. The pharmacy starts dispensing only after you've confirmed.

  5. 05

    Pharmacist-to-driver handover

    Same-day

Once dispensed, your pharmacy hands the parcel to a Cannter driver. Order by 2pm for same-day delivery. For S8, the handover is signed and tamper-evident.

  6. 06

    Verified at your door

    ID + signature

Live tracking with ETA. For Schedule 8, we complete chain-of-custody at the door: photo ID check, signed receipt. Delivery confirmation lands in your app.
