How delivery works
Cannter sits between your pharmacy or clinic and your front door. There’s nothing to set up — when your script’s ready, it just shows up at your door.
When your script's ready, your pharmacy or clinic sends the delivery through Cannter and one of our own trained drivers collects it from the counter.
Your own Cannter driver brings it to you. You'll get an ETA earlier in the day, then a live tracking link to follow them once they're on the way.
ID is checked and a signature captured at the door for Schedule 8; every delivery is GPS-stamped and filed against your parcel.
Who delivers it
Your medication is delivered by people trained to handle it — accountable to the pharmacist who handed it over.
Every driver is employed by Cannter and in Cannter livery — not a gig-app courier in their own car.
Schedule 8 handover, recipient ID, and the rules for controlled medication — your medication is treated like medication.
We deliver refrigerated medication, and full cold-chain orders travel in validated insulated packaging with the temperature captured at handover.

Your script is brought straight to your door by one of Cannter's own trained drivers — no trip to the pharmacy and no public counter, and it's never handed to a random gig courier.
Deliveries run between 2pm and 8pm. As long as your pharmacy books it before the 1pm cutoff, it goes out the same day — orders placed after 1pm are delivered the next day.
For Schedule 8 medication, someone needs to be at the address to show ID and sign at handover. For other prescriptions, the driver hands the parcel to whoever's there to receive it. Every delivery is GPS-stamped and filed against your parcel.
Your pharmacy or clinic uses Cannter as its delivery service. You don't need to switch pharmacies or change anything with your prescriber — they simply send your delivery through us.
Prescribed Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medicines, including compounded and cold-chain lines. Schedule 8 is handled with full chain-of-custody, and full cold-chain orders ship in validated insulated packaging with a temperature check at handover.
You'll get an ETA earlier in the day. Once your driver's on the way, we text you a live tracking link — open it to follow the driver on a live map, see how many stops away they are, and watch the ETA narrow. No login required.
