No. You dispense at your standard PBS and private pricing — we never touch your dispensing margin. Delivery is charged separately to the patient as a flat transparent fee.
The driver arrives with photo ID. Our portal shows you the scheduled driver — you match the ID, sign the digital handover in the portal, and the parcel is sealed with tamper-evident packaging. Every step is logged with timestamps and retained for 7 years.
No. The pharmacy portal runs in any modern browser. No integration with your dispensing system is required — the portal lives alongside it.
We support cold-chain delivery with validated insulated packaging and temperature logging. Let us know during onboarding and we'll set up the workflow for your cold-chain SKUs.
We triage all delivery-related enquiries (ETAs, missed deliveries, handover issues). Anything clinical is routed straight to your pharmacist. We never give clinical advice.
