Yes — for Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medication under WA regulations, we verify a government-issued ID once at signup. After that, your identity is confirmed automatically at every S8 delivery via photo ID at the doorstep.
That's fine — paper scripts work too. Upload a photo through the app and we'll verify prescriber details with the issuing clinic where required.
Yes. Authorised carer access is supported — the carer has their own login linked to your profile, with a full audit of who requested what.
For Schedule 8 medication, we reschedule — delivery requires the patient (or authorised carer) present with ID. For Schedule 4, you can pre-authorise a safe-drop location through the app.
No. We work through your existing GP and a partner pharmacy — we're the logistics layer between them and you. Your clinical relationships don't change.
