Our story
Cannterstarted with a simple observation: for a lot of people on a long-term prescription, the hard part isn’t the medicine — it’s the logistics of staying supplied. Missed repeats, closed pharmacies, unreliable delivery options, and no good answer for controlled medications.
We built Cannter to sit between patients and their trusted local pharmacy, taking the administrative and delivery load off both of them. Pharmacists stay focused on dispensing. Patients get their scripts filled and delivered. We handle everything in between, with Western Australian Schedule 8 compliance baked into every step.
We’re based in Perth and share cold-chain delivery infrastructure with our sister service, Tydal. We serve seven Perth metro zones and partner with Green Street Dispensary and Plant Pharm — with more pharmacies coming on board.

The founder
“I started Cannter because the way Schedule 8 medication currently moves around Perth is held together with phone calls, paper, and luck. We’re fixing that — with the pharmacies that already do it best.”

What we believe
We work through pharmacies, not against them. The patient-pharmacist relationship is worth keeping.
Schedule 8 compliance isn't optional. We designed the product around the rules, then optimised for speed.
Healthcare logistics shouldn't be a brand experience. Show up on time, handle the medication properly, get out of the way.
The team
Cannter is run by a small group in Perth who care about one thing: getting medication to patients reliably. No layers, no middlemen — you’ll speak to the person building the thing.
